Thanks for the news story. Argh! I have so many thoughts running through my head about this issue that it's hard to get them all down in writing- in a coherent manner.
As for the restless nights- you're not the only one. For me, I think I stay up thinking of the giagntic bugs that will come to nibble on me at night. But the thoughts about things I shouldn't/should have said, or things I should have/shouldn't have done throughout the day, week, month come flooding into my mind. It sucks when you're tired and all you want do is sleep, but there's 10million thoughts on an ADD binge prancing around in your head.
